A Sneak Peek at a Children’s Book Project

A sneak peek at a children's book for my son | Faith and Composition

I currently have a few fun things brewing, and today I wanted to pop in to share just a quick glimpse at one of those projects. A while ago (as in more than a year ago), I commissioned some artwork to illustrate a story I wrote for my son. My husband and I intended to give it to him for his fifth birthday last year, but the birth of our daughter just two months prior resulted in me putting the project on the back burner. This year, we’re planning to gift it to him for his sixth birthday. I am also planning (hoping) that I can make the book available to you as well! (Would you be interested in that?)

I will post an update soon with further details, but for now, here is a sneak peek at a few of the whimsical illustrations. I hope you enjoy!A sneak peek at a children's book for my son | Faith and Composition

That is such a great idea! I hope he will treasure the book! I have always thought that illustrations can make or break a book, and these are beautifully done. I would be interested in getting a copy for my son.

What a cool present, it looks very adventurous! I would love to purchase it for my son. I would also love to buy anything else that you publish (hoping there is something in the works)!
